Your Executive Administrative Assistant offers a variety of pricing packages to suit your business needs. 

Hourly Plan. This plan is for those who need short-term or occasional support, or who prefer to be billed by the hour.  All services invoice will be supplied with accurate accounts of all hours billed. Expenses will be charged separately.

A retainer package is tailored by the Virtual Assistant specifically to the client and normally once a firm list of tasking has been agreed. A retainer agreement will be signed by both parties. Retainer packages are paid in advance. Any additional time over the package will be billed at the discounted rate but at the end of the month and payment terms will be 14 days. 


Billing Schedule Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are sent on the 15th and the 30th of each month. We accept payments by cheque.


Bespoke Projects and Event Management

The majority of bespoke projects and event planning and management can be managed through one of our packages detailed above, however if you think you need something outside of our pricing models then please get in touch to discuss.


Social Media Management

As a Virtual Assistant, we can manage your social media for you, if you are interested in this service, please contact us to discuss suitable and appropriate options for your business. These packages are aimed at Small or Medium Businesses and Churches, who understand the benefit of having a presence on Twitter or Facebook but just don’t have the time or the inclination to manage it for themselves.  Pricing depends on the level of support or services you require us to manage on your behalf but start at $150 per month.


Additional Pricing Information

Time recording software is used to track the actual minutes we are working in your business, so you are invoiced for the actual time we spend on your work.


Additional services to be billed at cost: Postage and Stationery, Printing and Copying, Mileage at 35¢ per mile, Courier and Facsimiles.
